Korso uses these companies to run the Service. This page names each one that can receive personal information about you, what it does for Korso, what it receives and where it processes it. It follows the categories in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy, which says more about each one. We update this page when we add, replace or remove a provider.

AI model providers

Provider What it does What it receives Location
OpenAI Writes Korso's answers, conversation titles and the summaries that keep a long conversation in context, and tidies dictated text. Answers may use OpenAI's web search. If you turn on voice answers, it also speaks the answer. Your question and its transcript, the screenshot, the text around your cursor, attached files, the conversation so far and the results of actions you approve. For dictation, the transcript and the name and window title of the application you dictate into. With voice answers on, the text of each spoken answer. United States
TypeSafe AI Checks each action Korso is about to take, on your computer or in a connected account, for safety before it runs. Your own messages in the conversation, the actions Korso already took in it, and the action it is about to take, with their inputs: the app and window title, the name of the control on screen, and any text the action would change. Not your screenshot or Korso's answers. United States

Connected apps provider

Cloud infrastructure provider

Email provider

Resend Sends Korso's emails: the notice to our team when an account is created, the notice to our team when you send a feature suggestion or a problem report from the assistant, your welcome message and the emails about Korso described in our Privacy Policy. Your email address, display name and sign-in method for the team notice; your email address, the title and details you send, the app's language, your platform and app version for the feedback notice; and your email address, first name and the message for each email we send you. Product analytics and crash-reporting providers

These receive nothing from the app once you turn usage and crash reporting off in Settings, and never receive your screenshots, audio, or the text of your transcripts, questions or answers.

Payment provider

Stripe Processes payments for Korso Premium and sells it to you as the seller. As the seller, Stripe also keeps its own transaction and tax records, under its own privacy policy. From Korso, only your Korso account identifier. From you at checkout, your email address, card details and billing address, and information about your device and connection, such as your IP address, which Stripe uses to prevent fraud. Weather provider

Changes to this list

We update this page when a provider is added, replaced or removed. If you use Korso under a written agreement with us, that agreement says how much notice you get before a new provider starts to process your data. Questions about this list can be sent to support@korsoai.com.
