This Privacy Policy explains how Korso, Inc. ("Korso", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the Korso desktop application, the Korso sign-in pages and the website at korsoai.com (together, the "Service"). If you use Korso under a written agreement between Korso and your employer or another organization, that agreement governs where it conflicts with this policy.

At a glance

  • Korso captures your screen and microphone only when you ask a question or dictate, not continuously. Each question sends a fresh image of your primary display.
  • If you turn on voice answers where they are offered, Korso speaks its answers aloud and keeps listening for a few seconds after each answer so you can ask a follow-up. Voice answers are off unless you turn them on. With Live conversation, also off unless you turn it on, Korso listens without your holding a key until you end the conversation or it has been quiet for the time you choose.
  • Your questions, transcripts, screenshots and attached files are processed by our AI service providers to produce your answer.
  • If you connect an online account, such as your email or calendar, Korso uses a service provider to keep the connection and to carry out the actions you ask for. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.
  • We save your questions and Korso's answers to your account so you can return to them. We do not store your screenshots or audio recordings on our servers.
  • Korso keeps a short list of memories about you: what you ask it to remember, what you write yourself and what it learns from your conversations. It sends them to our AI model provider with your questions, so later answers can use them. You can see, edit and delete them, or turn memory off, in Settings.
  • If you upgrade to Korso Premium, Stripe sells it to you and takes your payment. When you open Stripe's checkout, Korso keeps a link to your Stripe customer record, and once you subscribe, your subscription's status and dates. You enter your card details on Stripe's page, and Korso does not store them.
  • We do not sell your personal information and do not show ads. The app and our servers send usage and error information to our analytics and crash-reporting providers so we can understand how Korso is used, support you and improve it. This never includes your screenshots, audio, or the text of your transcripts, questions or answers, and you can turn it off in Settings. The website uses analytics only if you accept the banner asking for it.
  • You can remove any conversation from your history at any time and request deletion of your entire account by email.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Korso.

1. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account you sign in with Google or with an email address and password. We store your email address, display name (the name you give when you set up Korso, if provided), a unique account identifier and your sign-in methods. Korso never receives or stores your password.

During setup, Korso asks two optional questions once: what best describes you (for example student or developer) and where you found Korso. You can skip either. We store the answers you choose with your account, as one of the listed options, to understand who uses Korso and how they find it. They are deleted with your account.

Content you submit when asking a question

  • Your typed question.
  • When you ask by voice, a recording of your speech and the transcript produced from it. Recording starts only when you use the recording shortcut or control.
  • If you have voice answers turned on, your speech during a voice exchange: while you hold the recording shortcut, and for up to seven seconds after each spoken answer so you can ask a follow-up without it. The words heard are saved as your question, as with any other question.
  • If you turn on Live conversation, what your microphone hears during a live conversation, without your holding a key: when Korso hears sound that may be speech, it streams what the microphone hears until the answer has been spoken and a few seconds have passed. This can include other people speaking near you. The words heard are saved as your question.
  • An image of your entire primary display, taken when you submit a question, or in a live conversation when Korso starts hearing you, with Korso's own windows excluded. Other applications, notifications, messages and personal information visible on that display are included. Pointing at or circling an area does not exclude the rest of the display.
  • Images, documents or text files you deliberately attach.
  • Recent exchanges from the current conversation, so follow-up questions have context.
  • Your memories, described under "Memory" below, while memory is on, so the answer can use what Korso knows about you where it matters.
  • The results of desktop actions you approve, such as the contents of a file Korso opens for you or the output of a script you allow it to run. It also includes what a connected account returns for an action you ask for. Korso asks for your approval before each action unless you turn prompts off for opening links and applications in Settings.

Saved conversation history

The text of your questions, Korso's answers, and each conversation's title and summary are saved to your account. Screenshots, region images and audio recordings are processed to produce an answer and are not stored on our servers. Your memories, described below, are also saved to your account.

Memory

Korso keeps a short list of memories about you, so that a later conversation can use what an earlier one taught it. A memory is one line of text about you, your preferences, your ongoing work or the people you work with, such as your role, the languages you write in, the tools you use or a project that lasts several weeks. Each memory is stored with its category, how it was saved, the date it was saved or last changed, and a link to the conversations it came from. Memories belong to your account, so they are the same on every computer you sign in on.

Memories are saved in three ways:

  • When you ask Korso in a conversation to remember something, or correct something it remembers. Korso shows what it remembered under its answer. You can also ask it to forget a memory.
  • When you add or edit a memory in Settings.
  • When Korso learns it. After you move on to another conversation, an AI model reads the new questions, answers and action results saved in the one you left, together with your current memories, and decides whether anything lasting should be added, changed or deleted. Most conversations change nothing. Memories learned this way are not announced in the conversation; they appear in Settings, marked as new.

Memory is designed not to learn sensitive information on its own. When Korso learns memories from a conversation, the AI model that reads it is instructed not to save anything that reveals your health, sex life or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, or criminal convictions or offences, and not to save government identity numbers or bank or card numbers. It saves such information only when you ask Korso to remember it, or when you add it yourself in Settings. When it learns memories on its own, Korso is also instructed not to save passwords, keys, access tokens or recovery codes; one you ask Korso to remember, or add yourself in Settings, can be saved like any other memory. Because an AI model applies these rules, it can make a mistake; you can see every memory in Settings and delete any of them.

Korso does not learn memories from conversations held while memory is off. It does not learn them from conversations held before the release of Korso that introduced memory, except from exchanges that finished in the few minutes that release took to go live.

While memory is on, Korso sends your memories with each question to our AI model provider, so the answer can use them. A memory you delete is no longer sent with your questions, except as part of the conversation where you asked Korso to remember it, until you remove that conversation. Memory is on by default. You can turn it off in Settings; while it is off, Korso does not use your memories in answers or save new ones from your conversations, does not remember or forget anything you ask it to in a conversation, and keeps the memories you have until you delete them. You can still see, add, edit and delete your memories yourself in Settings.

Connected online accounts

If you connect an online account, you grant access on that service's own consent page, which may show the name of our service provider rather than Korso. Korso does not receive your password for that account.

When you ask Korso to act in a connected account, we and our service providers process the details of the action and what the account sends back, including any error message. That information becomes part of your conversation and is handled like the other content you submit, as this policy describes. We keep only the limited records we need to run and secure this feature, and to remove your connections when you delete your account.

Usage information

To operate fair usage limits and to show you your own usage, we keep counts per account of requests made, audio transcribed, words dictated and actions run. These counts do not include the content of your questions or answers.

Billing

When you open the checkout for Korso Premium, Korso creates a customer record for your account at Stripe and keeps the link between them, even if you leave without paying. If you subscribe, you pay on Stripe's checkout page, and Stripe sells the subscription to you (see Section 4). Korso also keeps the facts that decide your plan: each subscription's status, whether it is billed monthly or yearly, the dates of its current period, and when it is set to end or ended. If we give you Premium at no charge, we keep the dates it starts and ends. Korso does not store your card details, your billing address, or the name and email address you give Stripe.

Usage and crash reporting

The app and our servers send usage events and error reports to our product analytics and crash-reporting providers in the United States, currently PostHog and Sentry. Usage events describe how you use Korso, including which features and connected apps you use: the settings and screens you use, the actions you take and how they turn out, timing and performance, errors, the applications you dictate into, your answers to in-app ratings and surveys, and information derived from your requests, such as their length, language and general topic. Error reports describe what went wrong, with a technical trace.

Events and reports are linked to your account and may include your account identifier, email address and display name, a random identifier for your installation, your device, operating system and app version, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. They never include your screenshots, audio recordings, or the text of your transcripts, dictated text, questions or answers.

Usage and crash reporting is on by default. You can turn it off at any time in Settings; one switch covers both, and from then on the app sends nothing to either provider and our servers stop sending events about your requests.

Device and connection information

Our servers receive your IP address with every request, along with the app version and platform when the app checks for updates. We keep operational records about each request, such as timing and outcome, that do not include the content of your questions, answers, images or files. During sign-in, a label made from your computer's name is shown in your browser so you can recognize your own sign-in.

Download link by email

If you ask our website to email you the link to download Korso, we use the email address you enter only to send you that email. We do not keep it.

Support and correspondence

If you contact us we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Do not include passwords or unnecessary confidential information in support requests.

If you send a feature suggestion or a problem report from the assistant, we receive the title and details shown on the card when you press send, your account email, the app's language, your platform and app version. We do not receive the conversation, screenshots or logs.

Website visits

korsoai.com uses no cookies or advertising trackers. The website host receives standard connection information such as your IP address and requested pages. The website links to third-party services, such as call scheduling, which handle your information under their own policies. The sign-in pages set one temporary, secure cookie used only to complete a single sign-in attempt. It expires within five minutes.

The website asks, once, whether you accept analytics. If you accept, our analytics providers in the United States, currently PostHog and Vercel, record the pages you view, your browser and device type, the page and campaign that referred you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog also records the buttons and links you click. Neither records what you type. If you accept and later create a Korso account, we may link your PostHog website activity to that account so we can understand how people find and start using Korso. If you decline or ignore the banner, nothing is collected.

The website keeps its information in your browser's local storage, not in cookies. Vercel's analytics stores nothing in your browser.

  • Your answer to the banner, so that it is not shown again. It stays until you clear the site's data in your browser.
  • If you accept, PostHog's random identifier and settings, so that your visits can be counted together. They have no expiry date and stay until you turn analytics off or clear the site's data.

You can change your answer at any time with Analytics choices at the bottom of every page. If you turn analytics off, PostHog and Vercel stop collecting and PostHog's identifier is deleted from your browser.

2. How we use information

  • To transcribe your speech, answer your questions and carry out actions you approve.
  • To create and secure your account and let you sign in on your computer.
  • To save your conversation history and let you return to or delete it.
  • To keep your memories, described in section 1, and, while memory is on, to learn new ones from your conversations and use them in later answers.
  • To enforce usage limits, prevent abuse and protect the security of the Service.
  • To operate, troubleshoot, support and improve the Service.
  • To understand how Korso is used, both across all users and for individual accounts, such as how people find Korso, get started, which features they use and where they run into problems.
  • To develop and test new features, including offering different versions to different users.
  • To ask for your feedback, including through in-app ratings and surveys, and the optional question on the unsubscribe page, whose answers, and any comment you write there, are kept without your account.
  • To pass feature suggestions and problem reports you choose to send from the assistant to the Korso team, together with your account email so we can reply to you.
  • To deliver updates to the app.
  • To respond to your requests and communicate with you about the Service.
  • To email you about Korso: product updates, new features, changes to the Service and news from the Korso team, and required notices about your account, security and changes to our terms or this policy. These emails greet you by the name you gave when you set up Korso. Section 7 explains how to stop these emails.
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

Authorized Korso personnel may review your account, usage information and saved conversations when needed to provide support you ask for, investigate a problem or abuse, keep the Service secure, or improve the quality of Korso's answers and features.

We do not use your questions, screenshots, recordings, files or answers to train AI models. We do not use your information for advertising, or to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

3. Microphone, screen and dictation

Korso does not continuously record your screen or microphone. Depending on your microphone settings, Korso may keep the microphone open while idle so recording can start without delay; idle audio is discarded on your computer and is never sent anywhere. Hide confidential or unrelated information before asking a question, because everything visible on your primary display is sent with it.

With the screenshot, Korso also sends the text around your cursor in the application in front, so that text it writes for you fits what is already there. This can include text that is scrolled out of view. Korso never reads password fields or its own windows. This text is not stored, except a short passage around text Korso writes for you, which is saved with the conversation like other action results.

Dictation transcribes your speech and pastes the text into the application you have focused. Dictation does not take a screenshot and does not request an answer. When Korso knows which application you dictate into, an AI model usually tidies the transcript before it is pasted, using that application's name and window title to lay the text out the way you would type it there. Very short dictations, and any the AI model cannot tidy in time, are pasted as transcribed. The application you paste into handles that text under its own policies.

Voice answers are off unless you turn them on in Settings. When they are on, the microphone stays open while you hold the recording shortcut and for up to seven seconds after each spoken answer, so you can ask a follow-up or say "go on". It closes when that time passes, when you type, press Escape in the panel or choose Stop, or when you start a new conversation. Your speech during that time is streamed to our speech-to-text provider to hear your question, and the text Korso speaks goes to our AI model provider to be read aloud. Spoken answers play through your speakers or headset and can be heard by people near you.

Live conversation is off unless you turn it on in Settings, and needs voice answers. While it is on, the microphone stays open without your holding a key, and Korso listens for speech on your computer; nothing is sent while it waits. When it hears sound that may be speech, it takes an image of your primary display and streams what the microphone hears, as for voice answers, through the answer and for a few seconds after it, and then goes back to waiting. Follow-up questions in that exchange use the same image. A live conversation stays on until you end it, as section 7 describes, or until you have asked nothing for the time you choose in Settings: 10 minutes unless you change it. If you choose Never, it stays on until you end it.

Korso records the name of the application you dictated into, as the application's name only and never the window title or its contents, to show you your usage and to improve compatibility with that application. These records are kept for 90 days.

4. Who we share information with

We share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf, with Stripe as the seller of Korso Premium as described below, with others when you direct us to, such as the recipient of a message Korso sends from an account you connected, and in the other cases described at the end of this section. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our service providers fall into these categories:

  • AI model providers, which receive your question, transcript, screenshot, the text around your cursor, attached files, conversation context and approved action results to generate answers and summaries. Before an action runs, details of the action may also be processed to check it for safety. Answers may use web search, so search queries derived from your question may also be processed. For dictation, they may receive the transcript and the name and window title of the application you dictate into, to tidy the text. If you turn on voice answers, an AI model provider also receives the text of each spoken answer to speak it aloud. While memory is on, an AI model provider also receives your memories with each question and, to decide what Korso should remember, change or remove, your memories together with the new questions, answers and action results saved in a conversation once you have moved on to another one.
  • Connected apps providers in the United States, which keep the connections to the online accounts you choose to connect, carry out the actions you ask Korso to take in them, and serve images the app shows, such as app logos.
  • Speech-to-text providers in the United States, which receive your audio recording to produce a transcript. If you turn on voice answers, they also receive your speech during a voice exchange or a live conversation, streamed as you speak, to hear your question.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers, which host the Service and the information it stores in the United States, and our operational logs in Google Cloud locations around the world.
  • Email provider in the United States, which sends the emails this policy describes and receives what each one contains: the emails about Korso we send you, with your email address and first name; the notice to our team that your account was created, with your email address, display name and sign-in method; the feature suggestions and problem reports you send from the assistant, as described in Section 1; the notice to our team that you asked for access, with the address you enter; and the download link you ask for, with the address you enter.
  • Product analytics and crash-reporting providers in the United States, currently PostHog and Sentry, which receive the usage events and error reports described in Section 1, and PostHog the website analytics you accept. They process this information only on our behalf, and receive nothing from the app once you turn usage and crash reporting off.
  • Payment provider, Stripe, which processes your payment and sells Korso Premium to you as the seller. Korso sends Stripe only your Korso account identifier. Stripe collects your email address, card details and billing address at checkout, along with information about your device and connection, such as your IP address, which it uses to prevent fraud. Stripe decides how it uses what it collects and keeps its own transaction and tax records as the seller, under its own privacy policy.
  • Weather provider, OpenWeatherMap, which receives the city you choose for the tab's Weather widget, to return its weather, and nothing else about you or your account.
  • Website providers, which host korsoai.com and provide call scheduling.
  • Website analytics providers in the United States, which receive the website information described in Section 1 only after you accept the analytics banner.

Our subprocessors page names the providers in each of these categories.

Our AI providers process your content only to provide the service to us. Under their terms they may retain content for a limited period for abuse monitoring and legal compliance, and they do not use it to train their models.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order; to protect the rights, safety or property of Korso, our users or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information until you are notified otherwise.

5. Retention

  • Screenshots, region images and audio recordings, including your speech during a voice exchange or a live conversation, are processed to produce an answer and are not stored by Korso.
  • Saved conversations, including ones you remove from your history, and account information are kept until you delete your account. Conversations you remove while "Allow Korso to improve itself based on my past conversations" is off in Settings are not kept.
  • Memories are kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting one memory, or all of them, in Settings, or asking Korso to forget one, deletes it from our systems. Turning memory off keeps your memories. When you remove a conversation from your history, the memories that came only from that conversation are deleted with it, whether you asked Korso to remember them or Korso learned them, and whatever the setting for keeping removed conversations. A memory that also came from another conversation stays until the last of those conversations is removed. A memory you added or edited in Settings is yours and stays until you delete it. Korso may also change or delete memories it learned itself, when a fact changes or to make room when your list is full, but never the memories you asked it to keep or wrote yourself.
  • Information from actions in connected accounts is kept with your conversation, as described above. Our own records about connected accounts are kept only as long as we need them to run and secure the feature, and no longer than your account. Our service providers keep information only for the periods their terms with us allow.
  • Billing records, which are the link to your Stripe customer record and your subscriptions' status and dates, are kept while your account exists. The dates of Premium we give you at no charge are removed after it ends.
  • Sign-in records and operational logs are kept for short, fixed periods of no more than 90 days.
  • Error reports are kept by our crash-reporting provider for 90 days. Usage events, rating and survey answers, and website analytics events, are kept by our analytics provider for one year, and Korso requests deletion of your account's usage events when you delete your account.
  • Per-account usage counts, including the names of applications you dictated into, are kept as daily counts for no more than 90 days. Running totals for your account that carry no dates, and aggregated statistics that do not identify anyone, may be kept indefinitely.
  • Support correspondence is kept for three years after your last message.
  • Feature suggestions and problem reports are kept while your account exists and for at most two years, and are deleted with your account.

With that setting off, a conversation you remove from your history is deleted from our systems right away. Copies in the encrypted backups we keep for disaster recovery are deleted automatically as newer backups replace them, about a week later. Content already sent to a provider is subject to that provider's retention described above.

Copies of a deleted or changed memory in those backups are deleted the same way, as newer backups replace them, about a week later. If we ever restore a backup, Korso deletes again every memory that was deleted before the restore, and every memory whose text was changed before it, so that no older version comes back. To do this it keeps a record of the memory's identifier, never its text.

6. Information stored on your computer

Korso stores your preferences, including your usage and crash reporting choice, a random identifier for this installation used for usage reporting, and an encrypted sign-in credential on your computer, protected by your operating system. Korso does not store conversation history, screenshots or audio on your disk. Uninstalling the app may leave your preferences in place; signing out before uninstalling removes the credential.

7. Your choices and controls

  • You decide when to ask a question, dictate or attach a file.
  • Choose your microphone and whether it stays open while idle in Settings.
  • Turn voice answers and Live conversation on or off in Settings. End a voice exchange by pressing Escape or Stop in the panel, typing, or starting a new conversation.
  • End a live conversation with the cross in the chat box, the key gesture that starts it, Escape while the panel has focus, typing, starting a new conversation, or the switch in Settings. Locking your computer also ends it.
  • Approve or deny each desktop action.
  • Choose whether to connect an online account, and disconnect it at any time in Settings or in that account's own settings.
  • Remove any conversation from your history, and turn off "Allow Korso to improve itself based on my past conversations" in Settings to have the conversations you remove deleted from our systems.
  • See your memories in Settings, edit, add or delete any of them, or delete them all. Ask Korso in a conversation to remember or forget something. Turn memory off in Settings to stop Korso using your memories and saving new ones from your conversations; you can still change them yourself in Settings while it is off.
  • Sign out on any computer to stop that computer from using your account.
  • Turn usage and crash reporting off in Settings. One switch covers both PostHog and Sentry and takes effect immediately on that computer.
  • Decline the website's analytics banner, or turn website analytics on or off at any time with Analytics choices at the bottom of every page.
  • Stop emails about Korso with the Unsubscribe link in any of them, which takes effect at once, or by writing to support@korsoai.com from the address on your account, or with your email app's Unsubscribe button. We record a written request within 10 business days. Required notices about your account, security or changes to our terms or this policy are still sent.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your account and data by email, as described below.

Neither the Korso app nor the website acts differently when a browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Neither lets other companies collect information about your activity over time and across other websites or online services, apart from what Stripe collects at its checkout, as section 4 describes.

8. Account deletion and data requests

To delete your account, receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or correct account information, email support@korsoai.com from the email address on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request. We respond within one month and will tell you if we need more time.

Account deletion removes your sign-in identity, account information, saved conversations, memories, usage records and usage counts, including running totals, from our systems, and requests deletion of your account's usage events and error reports from PostHog and Sentry. It also removes the connections to your online accounts. It removes Korso's billing records and deletes your customer record at Stripe, which ends any subscription when the deletion is carried out, without an automatic refund, as our Terms of Service describe. Stripe keeps the records the law requires of a seller. A minimal record of the deletion, without any content, is kept briefly so the deletion can be reapplied to any restored backup. We may keep information where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it; to access a copy; to correct inaccurate information; to delete your information; to receive the information you gave us in a portable format; to restrict or object to how we use it; to withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what we did before; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You can exercise these rights by emailing support@korsoai.com. If we decline a request we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Korso, Inc. is the controller of your personal information. We use it on these legal bases:

  • Our contract with you, to provide the Service you sign up for and ask for: your account, answers, transcription and dictation, the actions you approve, conversation history, the memories you ask Korso to remember or add yourself in Settings, Korso Premium and support. Memory is designed to keep sensitive information only when you ask Korso to remember it or add it yourself.
  • Our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service, understanding how it is used, improving it and telling you about it: to prevent abuse, enforce usage limits, learn memories from your conversations, run usage and crash reporting, review accounts as section 2 describes, and send emails about Korso.
  • Your consent, for website analytics. You can withdraw it at any time with Analytics choices at the bottom of every page.
  • Legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

You have the right to object at any time to our use of your information on the basis of our legitimate interests. You can also turn memory off, see or delete your memories, and stop usage and crash reporting and emails about Korso yourself, as section 7 describes.

You need to give us an email address to create an account, and the content of a question for Korso to answer it. No law requires you to give us any information. Section 12 explains where your information is processed.

Japan

If you live in Japan, you can ask us at support@korsoai.com for the address of Korso, Inc. and the name of its representative, for the details of the measures we take to keep your information secure, including in the countries where it is processed, and for how we make sure that our providers outside Japan protect it. We answer without delay.

California residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act requires the following disclosures about the preceding 12 months.

  • Categories collected: identifiers (email address, display name, account identifier, IP address); audio, electronic and visual information (recordings, screenshots, attached files); the contents of your questions and answers; commercial information (your plan and the status and dates of your subscription); internet or other electronic network activity information (usage counts, usage events and error reports from the app and our servers, app version, request records, and website pages and clicks if you accept analytics); approximate location derived from your IP address; inferences about how you use Korso, such as the features you use and the general topics of your requests; memories, which are facts about you, your preferences, your work and the people you work with that you ask Korso to keep, write yourself or that Korso learns from your conversations; and professional or employment-related information only where you include it in your content. We do not collect precise geolocation, and we do not collect or derive biometric identifiers; a memory you choose to keep holds whatever you write in it. We do not use inferences for advertising or to evaluate you.
  • Sources: you, your device, Google when you sign in with Google, and our service providers.
  • Purposes: those listed in Section 2.
  • Disclosed to service providers: the categories of providers listed in Section 4, for the purposes shown there, including our product analytics and crash-reporting providers, which receive usage events and error reports as our service providers.
  • Sold or shared: none. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.
  • Sensitive personal information: your account credentials, the contents of your questions and any messages visible in your screenshots, and any sensitive information you ask Korso to remember or add to your memories yourself. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service you request, for security, and to maintain and improve the quality of the Service. Memory is designed not to learn sensitive information on its own, as section 1 describes, and to keep it only when you ask Korso to remember it or add it yourself in Settings.

California residents may exercise the rights to know, delete, correct and limit, and may use an authorized agent, by emailing support@korsoai.com. We verify requests by matching them to the email address on the account. Residents of other US states with privacy laws may use the same address and appeal process.

10. Children

Korso is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

Connections between the app, our servers and our providers are encrypted in transit. Your sign-in credential on your computer is encrypted by your operating system. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us.

12. International users

Korso is operated from the United States and our servers are located in the United States. If you use Korso from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and by our providers in the locations they operate.
